DiiA passes milestone of 100 members

DiiA, the global DALI alliance, is very pleased to announce that its membership has accelerated past the milestone of 100 companies.

The 100th company to become a DiiA member was Newlab Srl, based in Genova, Italy.

At the time of writing, 105 companies have joined DiiA, comprising 16 Regular members and 90 Associate members.

DiiA has grown very rapidly during 2017 from a core membership of 10 companies at the end of 2016. This year has seen a number of other milestones, including the launch of the DALI-2 certification program, and the first certified DALI-2 LED drivers, application controllers and bus power supplies.

DiiA is an open, global consortium of lighting companies, and new members are welcome to join us. There are many reasons why companies should become a DiiA member.

Two companies recently joined as Regular members, namely:

• Novar ED&S Ltd. (A Honeywell Company)
• WAGO Kontakttechnik GmbH & Co. KG

The benefits of Regular membership include the ability to participate in Work Groups – currently DiiA operates the Technical & Certification WG and the Promotion WG – as well the opportunity to attend interoperability events (Plugfests).
