Test sequences updated for DiiA members

Test sequences for DALI-2 and DALI version 1 have been updated, and are available for download by DiiA members.
The DALI-2 test sequences include Part 103 (control devices) for the first time, as well as Part 207 to allow testing of DALI-2 LED drivers.
The test sequences remain identical to those released on August 17, 2017, but ProbitBench has been updated to V4.1.1.0 to correct a problem with generation of registration files.
