New DALI version-1 registration of LED drivers to cease at end of 2019

DiiA has set an end date for new DALI version-1 registration of LED drivers. The last date that submissions will be accepted is December 31, 2019.

DALI-2 certification will continue to be available for LED drivers. DALI-2 tests for LED drivers (Part 207) have been available since August 2017, giving manufacturers a wide time window to migrate to DALI-2.

For products that are already DALI-version-1 registered, DALI Trademark use will still be permitted after December 31, 2019.

DALI version-1 registration will continue to be available for control gear types other than LED drivers.

All certified DALI-2 products and registered DALI version-1 products are listed in the online DiiA product database.
